The registration procedure

Renting a virtual office involves several steps before registering the address with KVK. Apply and provide your company details and a thorough description of your activities. We use this to assess eligibility. After reviewing the application, we ask each entrepreneur to verify their identity, then prepare an agreement and invoice. Sign the agreement online. Once the invoice is paid, we send you the contract.
