Notifying a change of address
Municipalities notify KVK of changes to home addresses. You must notify a change of business registration address yourself within a week, free of charge. The rental agreement from Zakelijkhuren24 is sufficient to change your KVK mailing address. New entrepreneurs without an existing KVK registration address can also use our agreement to record a business registration or KVK mailing address.

Companies of any legal form can change their KVK mailing address by choosing our business registration address. There are some exceptions: businesses in the adult industry or trading in narcotics cannot apply for an address with us.
Yes. You do not need a Dutch home address to apply for a KVK registration address with us. You must, however, have a permanent place of residence. This condition also applies to entrepreneurs living in the Netherlands.
You can use your business registration address from Zakelijkhuren24 for all communications, including business cards, letterheads and your website. Clearly indicate that it is a mailing address rather than a visiting address.
